The plastic is easy to wipe clean and the little white cubbies will hold all of your kids utensils!

My daughter got this for Christmas and I don't think there has been a day since that she has not played with it. Keeps her busy for hours. The only thing I suggest is putting a vinyl tablecloth or something under it for paint spillage
