My signature piece-de-resistance: a vest more likely worn by a man in the Victorian era. Now it is cleverly lengthened, flounced and embellished for ladies of our own day. With a blazer over or a blouse under, the vest dress is almost demure. But sleeveless, this darkly cool frock has huge vixen potential.
