Crystal Hot Sauce

For the most part, Louisiana-style hot sauces come down to a very few ingredients: vinegar, peppers and salt. Still, I think some hot sauces are better than others, and this is my favorite.

I have a friend who literally keeps a bottle of this with him at ALL times.

The site says ,"Louisiana favorites, made with fresh cayenne peppers. We grind and process the peppers ourselves for more pepper content, more pepper taste. Controlled heat level keeps the accent on flavor." You can't go wrong with this from eggs in the morning to wings for lunch to bbq at night.
