This incredible flashlight can light up objects a full mile away because it produces 3,350 lumens from a high-intensity discharge (H.I.D.) Xenon lamp, which is the same HID technology found in stadium lights and aircraft landing lights. Like always, the problem with these super flashlights is always battery runtime, but this one, on a full 10 hour charge, provides up to 13/4 hours of operation from its rechargeable lead-acid battery. This is definitely the ultimate in heavy-duty, rechargeable, portable high-intensity discharge search flashlights -- so far! (via The Green Head)
