It's ridiculous to be as old as I am and to still get breakouts. However, it seems to be a fact of life. This product takes the sting out of things --- big time! Overnight the swelling is gone and the blemish dried up! Outer peace seems to zap even the most stubborn pimples. The active ingredient is 2% Salicylic acid. The other ingredients are plants extracts, and very effective at combating inflammation and redness. They include tamanu, amla, boswellia and saw palmetto. (via aveda.com)
