make puffs or paper thin slices...great for those non-cooking summer meals

Just bought this thing as a solution to the pounds of squash and zucchini I'm getting in my produce box every week. This makes very neat little curly slices which are tasty both raw and quickly cooked with a little pesto or olive oil. Yum!
