Just how lean will you be if you eat lots of these?! Don't know, but I like Kashi products and this "bar" is tasty. Chewy with plump raisins... just as tasty as the regular cookie. It satisfies my dessert cravings (I don't even need to eat the whole bar) and it's healthier than a "regular" oatmeal cookie?!
