When used correctly (rubbing hands together for at least 15 seconds), it will kill 99.99% of common germs. They are individually wrapped, so are perfect for the car, work, purse and for travel. I think these are even better than the gel alone because they don't leave your hands so dry and it feels like you're getting a more thorough cleaning with the cloth. They're small packets, great on the go and you can't over-pour and have excess gel everywhere...I highly recommend!
