This was actually a book for a friend's class that accidentally picked up (how fitting) and skimmed. As I skimmed, I realized this was something interesting and that this author had managed to put into [eloquent] words how I had felt and thought about various aspects of my life. Overall, it pushed/opened the doors to thinking about what being hapa really means (to which, of course, I still don't have an answer).
