It always takes a sip for me to remember that I enjoy IPA but I do. And now I can get organic ones ... yay for me and boozing! On a more eco-friendly note, these beers are made from organic hops and barley and are actually certified by a third-party (which is fairly rare when you see the 'USDA organic' label). Additionally, this beer (along with other Eel River beers I'm going to recommend) has may awards under its belt. Cheers!

Eel River Brewing Company was the first brewery to become Certified Organic. How lovely of them! Their IPA is delicious (IPA Is one of my personal favs). Made in California, their motto is "Be natural drink naked". I love them already!

A big plus? Eel River Brewing Company uses only mill leftovers (bark, wood chips, clippings, etc.) to power the brewery.

That makes it even tastier.
