These earrings are constructed from Japanese glass seed beads in translucent slate blue, yellow topaz-colored Czech firepolished glass beads, sterling silver beadcaps, and sterling silver leverbacks.

The prayer wheel segments are created with a needle and thread, one bead at a time, using a handweaving technique called "peyote stitch".
