I've used other mp3 players, including ipods, and have found the Zune to be the most fun and easiest to use of all. The Zune Marketplace is a joy to use--more intuitive than itunes. And it has a radio, something apple can't seem to figure out how to include in its overpriced, overly fragile (but very pretty) players. (via Zune)

I like the Zune much better then the iPod. The 2nd generation Zune has fantastic features. I like both the physical and on-screen layout much better then the ipod. My iPod's wheel would stick quite often and the entire thing would freeze up as well. So far the zune has run remarkably smooth. The Zune software take a few mintues to get the hang of, but I never liked iTunes that much to begin with. The Zune software seems toh have a better IQ as well. You can still download podcasts, buy stuff on the marketplace just like on iTunes. The only thing that bugged me was having to convert some of my video files to a format compatible with the Zune. Other than that I have absolutely no complaints. Another nice feature is the ability to change the background to anything picture you want, including person photos. Although I didn't know this at the time of my purchase, if you buy directly from Microsoft they will put customized art on it for free whereas Apple will just engrave a name on the iPod. I'm hoping the Zune's hard drive will have a better track record than the iPods. - those apple hard drives seem to last no longer than a year and a half on average! No they don't have the extremely trendy commercials, but I banking on the Zune to last much longer then the iPods and would highly recommend it.
