I have a hard time getting fiber, fruits, and veggies into my diet. Golden delicious apples are so tasty, light, and crisp that I love eating them. If I'm feeling the diet pain these help.... sometimes I'll eat two and look at that the same way I look at going to the gym: I'm doing something for myself.
