It's Halloween again!!! the Exorcist is a landmark of horror films, based on an enormously popular novel: A troubled cleric sees a means of redemption in helping a psychologically damaged teen.

The film stars Jason Miller as Father Damien Karras, Ellen Burstyn as Chris MacNeil, Max von Sydow as Father Lankester Merrin, Lee J. Cobb as Det. Lt. William F. Kinderman, Kitty Winn as Sharon Spencer, Jack MacGowran as Burke Dennings and Linda Blair as Regan Teresa MacNeil.

I have to admit that I was never able to see this film all at once and in one take. I watched it little by little with the music and the lights on - that's how scary I think it is.

I blame all of the drugs in the 70s for striking some movie guy back then that a little girl puking as her head spins would be good idea to capture on film.

Okay I STILL can't watch this movie all the way through. I get way too scared. I have been on the "exorcist" stairs in Georgetown and yes its always cold on those steps, even in the summer. This is the scariest movie of all time.
