I stumbled across the amazing cookbook the other day at my local bookstore. Aleppo, Syria, is an beautiful city (I've been 2 or 3 times) with a long and rich history. With a collection of delicious recipes and great photos, this book offers a glimpse of the culture and cuisine of the Syrian Jewish community.
