I could probably order the entire JCrew catalog right now and be in wardrobe nirvana for two years (or at least Fall 2008)... The Jackie cardigan is the perfect piece to create wardrobe versatility. It's lightweight cotten/nylon/spandex blend is great to throw on over sleeveless shirts and dresses in the summer, or layer over a blouse (and under a jacket) in the winter. Unfortunately, it rarely goes on sale...and seasonal colors at that, but I keep my eyes peeled.
