Here's another waterproof tool that you can use to enhance your eyes. This mascara truly does not clump, and the best thing is is that at the end of the day you wont have black smudges at the bottom of your eye-- it stays on! Its not a bitch to remove, either.

If you are looking for waterproof mascara that gives a enhanced (better than you own lashes) but not necessarily “va va voom” effect, then this is it!

I found that the brush and formula gave my lashes the fullness and thickness that I always crave, and the formula stands up to very hot, humid weather without getting sticky or clumping. My lashes had a fully separated and very natural appearance which I prefer for the daytime. Even though it has great staying power, it doesn’t take forever to remove at night which I also love!

Of course, if you are also into packaging, like many of Tarte products, this is so adorable and a real conversation piece – the denim cover is truly unique! (via drugstore)
