I got this at Best Buy on Black Friday for an insanely awesome price of $999. The TV has some of the darkest blacks I've seen and play my Comcast HD content beautifully. The only thing is that this doesn't support 1080P but broadcast channels aren't expected to get there for many years and I'm not expecting to get HD-DVD or Blu-Ray anytime soon so the TV works out great for me.
Colors are well balanced, plasma came well packaged and was easy to setup. Matte frame and black lip around screen help enhance the contrast and doesn't reflect the surrounding room like some other plasmas with glossy frames does.
Overall, the best plasma in the sub-$1500 range.

I love this television, I had a 50 inch projection tv, it died, so I look in consumer reports and everywhere else and i hear all good things so I look around and get this the day after Thanksgiving. It was like I had been blind and now could see. everything is so clear and bright.
