This is the website for the company. It appears they have 10 "kinds" of bars, but my store only has 2 or 3 (I don't know because I am only obsessed with the next recommendation!) Gluten-free, wheat-free, dairy-free and preservative-free ~ but the taste will knock your socks off! (A few bars are not dairy-free). The main reason it's part of my detox plan? No refined sugar! It's sweetened mainly with honey and contain only nuts, fruits and berries. *no, this isn't necessarily low in fat and calories, but it's a quality food, showing me that if we eat what we're meant to eat ~~ that provided by the earth, not a machine ~~ our bodies will reward us with good health.
