This is a horrible mattress. It is sad that Serta manufactured such a poor quality mattress and used the "Cure Promise" and a designer name as a marketing tool. After contacting Serta about this product and the sagging issue we have experienced we met a deadend. Hope Serta did their part and donated to the "Cure". Because their "promise" of a good quality, high end mattress to the consumer definitely is fraudulent one.
