This show is a terrific adaptation on the book (and a little simpler to get through than the book). The music as well carries the show - in particular, my favorite "Defy Gravity" ;)

Recommended for a facebook user who wants to defy gravity, using I Want on Facebook.

I am definitely not a "show tunes" type person, but I cannot get enough of this soundtrack from the popular stage show. One of the best live musicals I have ever seen. I saw it in Chicago and the cast blew me away, particularly Alfaba the Wicked Witch.

If you didn't get enough Wicked from seeing the Popular musical One Short Day, you may be able to soon capture the show For Good! Thank Goodness there are rumors of a film adaptation of this Wizard of Oz-based musical. Wonderful!

*If you couldn't catch 5 songs in this recommendation, you should probably purchase this CD and rehearse just a bit.
