  This show is a terrific adaptation on the book (and a little simpler to get through than the book). The music as well carries the show - in particular, my favorite "Defy Gravity" ;)

  If you didn't get enough Wicked from seeing the Popular musical One Short Day, you may be able to soon capture the show For Good! Thank Goodness there are rumors of a film adaptation of this Wizard of Oz-based musical. Wonderful! *If you couldn't catch 5 songs in this recommendation, you should probably purchase this CD and rehearse just a bit.

  I am definitely not a "show tunes" type person, but I cannot get enough of this soundtrack from the popular stage show. One of the best live musicals I have ever seen. I saw it in Chicago and the cast blew me away, particularly Alfaba the Wicked Witch.
