Elton John rocks my world. In my opinion, anything this piano-playing, rockstar of a diva touches turns to gold. I never thought I'd witness any sort of collaboration between Sir Elton and Vermont natives Ben and Jerry, but alas, the result is Goodbye Yellow Brickle Road ice cream. This limited edition flavor will be available in Vermont Ben & Jerry's stores, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Elton John AIDS Foundation. Now that's a sweet treat.
* The ice cream features chocolate ice cream, peanut butter cookie dough, butter brickle, and white chocolate chunks - yum!
