I grew up in New Mexico, where we put green chile on EVERYTHING. My husband is still a little unsettled by the idea of green chile pizza, but I'm telling you, it's delicious. In Oklahoma, though, I'm far more likely to get diced green peppers in my enchilada, which just isn't the same.

Fortunately, the good people at Bueno Foods will SEND me the Universe's Best Green Chile, along with a selection of delicious (and spicy) salsas. Not recommended for the faint of heart or the weak of stomach, but if you're craving really good, authentic Mexican food, Bueno is the place to go.
