Renowned for their arch support and comfort, New Balance sneakers are indeed as good as I'd been hearing. After finding out I have a fractured bone in the ball of one foot, my foot doc strongly recommended NB sneaks for my injured, troublesome feet. When I wear these I feel like I'm walking on a cloud, and they also have great traction and support: I even wore them while walking/hiking across a long, unstable rock jetty in Cape Cod. They're sporty but nice enough to wear to work; they don't look too sneaker-y. Style AND substance!
