Oh Whitney, we love your cute little blonde persona on TV. And how luck you are to have a dress named after you from LC's collection! Honestly, this is one of my favorites, you will get plenty of wear out of Lauren Conrad's Whitney Dress - I guess all of those months at Teen Vogue paid off.
