It all depends on what kind of foot arch and running form you have, so before you make this purchase, make sure you go to a specialized running store for the best recommendation.

I run about 10 to 12 k's 5 times a week and have these Asics but the one's for women. They are so comfortable and have great support and suit my feet perfectly. I alternate between Brooks and Asics, I have a narrow foot and these are the 2 brands that seem to suit my feet the best. My Asics are in a pale purple and silver colour. Look good and feel great.
