The Boston Innovative Products Comfort Mist Humidifier ($199) is a cool new large-capacity air-washing system that cleans and humidifies the air and basically puts you in total control of your home's environment up to 1,900 sq. ft. It features purified warm or cool mist, built-in humidistat, a carbon filter to trap dust particles, a honeycomb filter to naturally remove smoke, pollen, pet dander, and other allergy-causing pollutants, 3 gallon capacity water tank and if your're reallyseriously about clean air, an optional ultraviolet light (Philips UV-C) germicidal chamber that eliminates most bacteria, germs and viruses from the air. This is the total package and a great solution for these dry winter days. (via The Green Head)
