This is a great toner! Use a cotton ball and gently wipe outwards on face. You can see the removed excess dirt! It hydrates and leaves skin soft and glowing and smells great! This is also an acne-fighting formula, helping to dry up existing pimples and prevent new ones. Definite good use in my routine.
