Any gadgets that can help in the kitchen is a good thing. This board gives ample surface to chop, slice and cut - when you're ready to pour or transfer the food, this board folds to create a funnel like shape for pouring food. It also has a colander type end for rinsing fruits or vegetables after cutting.

This cutting board can fold up to double as a colander. Just lock the sides into place once you are finished chopping fruit/veggies and you can rinse them off.

This design makes good common sense. That's why it appeals to me. Chop and then rinse, or rinse and then chop. I like it. A good space-saving idea as well.
