Two great tastes that - yes - taste great together. Tiny pieces of smoky crispy bacon are sprinkled into a slightly darker milk chocolate. It's sweet, with a bit of salty crunchiness. If you love chocolate (and eat pork), you've got to try it.

Gina Pell of Splendora.com bought me one of these bars and it sounded foul but boy was I shocked when I finished the last morsel. It is pure decadence - salt and sweet beautifully balanced with taste bud attacking power. It has been a month or so since I indulged but whenever I see a chocolate bar I dream of a bacon bar! If you are weak, this is probably too dangerous for you!

I have a friend who swears there is no food that can not be improved upon with addition of either bacon or chocolate.... this puts that theory to the test and adds the two together! And, in my opinion, it elevates both to a new level of taste. It's not for everyone, but everyone should at least try it.

I love chocolate. I love bacon. I went for it. I figured it would be just one of those odd things that was an acquired taste. At least I could say I was brave enough to try it.... I was so wrong! IT WAS MAGICALLY DELICIOUS!!!!! The bacon was incorporated beautifully. The bits were the perfect size, texture, and crunch. The bacon flavor was present, but not at all overwhelming. It's somewhere between buttered toffee bits and tiny little smoked salted almond nuggets when you first start - but then the bacon flavor emerges. This is a milk chocolate bar - and I don't even really care for milk chocolate!! The finish is slightly smokey, slightly salty, smooth, chocolatey goodness... mmmmmmmmmm =P~~~~~~~ I heard they just created a dark chocolate version of this bar. I can't wait to try it!
