Classy, earthy, eco-friendly, and totally unique! A handmade necklace with an eco-friendly tagua nut pendant. Tagua nut is called "vegetable ivory" because of its ability to replace elephant ivory for so many different things- and since it grows wild in the rainforest, the harvesting of this unusual nut is helping to prevent deforestation by providing local villagers with a sustainable economy.
