Harajuku is a style of fashion that has made its way West from Japan, via youth culture. This particular costume design was featured in Gwen Stefani's Harajuku Lovers Tour. It includes a black dress, corset, collar and detachable shoulder crescents. The wig and stockings are sold separately. You are on your own for funky footwear. (via costumekingdom.com)
