When it comes to baking cookies, part of the fun is wrapping them up and giving them to friends. For me, packaging them in a way that keeps them fresh yet easily accessible has always been a challenge. Plastic zipper bags are out. They are good for other things, but zipper bags aren’t very cute and depending on what brand you use, you may transfer the taste of the bag itself to the cookies. Tins are terrific, but they take up a lot of room and are expensive. The solution? Tin tie bags from Paper Mart. They look slick, keep cookies very fresh, and when you buy them in bulk, they are only a few cents a bag. I’ve had very good luck with Paper Mart. Orders usually show up at my door earlier than the expected and in good condition. I bought them on a whim a few years ago and got so much positive feedback from friends that when my first bulk order of 100 bags ran out, I ordered more.
