This would say that this is easily the best Ab machine I have ever used. It contracts every inch of the Ab region and is great on the back too, as it provides a gentle decompression with gravity. Get one.

I own the AbCoaster Elite and have had it for about 1 month. My wife and I use it in between sets when working out in our basement. We love it. My wife has some lower back issues when working her stomach, until this piece of equipment. She has improved greatly in just one month, and both of us are showing definite improvement in our wasteline, both in tightening and definition. There are a lot of effective stomach routines/workouts, but this one is by far the most fun and effective that I have found to date.

My wife and I have been using the Ab coaster at our local Golds Gym for the past year, and we both love it. I've always enjoyed the challenge of the hanging leg raise exercise for my abs, but it's a killer for the hands and arms after only a few reps. My wife couldn't ever do even a single hanging leg raise.

But now with the ab coaster, we both can work on the same type of motion as the leg raise, WITHOUT the strain on the arms and shoulders from hanging on a bar.

The exercise challenges my wife without her needing to add any weight - I use it with an extra 15 pounds added - it's highly effective after just a few reps. We both highly recommend the ab coaster.

My gym just got the commercial version of the Ab Coaster and it is AWESOME. My Abs were screaming after about 5 reps. Then they showed me how to twist the seat to the side to work the obliquies and I couldnt believe it. I have NEVER felt my obliques working like that.

The key is to do the exercise slow and controlled and you will feel your abs firing from every angle. This is the BEST ab exercise I have ever done!
