I like this pan because a) it makes a giant cupcake and b) there's lot of room for creativity with this. The top and bottom of the cupcake are baked separately, meaning you can make two different types of cake and frost them. Or you can even bake the bottom portion with cake and then freeze ice cream in the top for an ice cream cake. Birthday heaven.
