This is an adorable movie. Everyone should see it, love it, own it. It is a classic. And Rivers Phoenix as a little boy! OMG. I miss that actor.

Any guy can relate to this film. It's as simple as that. Based on a short story by Stephen King, this is adventure of four young boys who head out to find a missing body. A truly endearing film that will leave almost every guy a tad nostalgic.

This is one of the best movies.
It's such an amazing coming of age film.

Stand By Me is based off a Stephen King short story, so you know its going to be a little effed and short on the sweetness/ sentimentality. Four boys go on journey to find a dead body that has been rumored on the D.L. to be rotting out in the middle of nowhere. Eww.
