okay, i broke down and bought a pair of ferragamos the other day. they were on sale, they had a rubber sole, they looked cool in an italian trendy without being over the top kind of way. they reminded me of a time long ago when i used to go to work in a suit and i used to buy leather soled shoes, and the nicest ones were always ferragamos.
old time shoe cobblers; been doing it for years in that definitive italian style
