the sticky, crispy edges are the most coveted pieces in my household, and the baker's edge pan lets every piece have at least two chewspy (chewy and crispy) sides. the baker's edge pan is also great for more "creative" uses like making evenly baked lasagnes.

this may seem strange, but this would be perfect for dying fiber, after it is already spun into yarn. it would probably hold the colors in spots better (as in the corners). just a thought... :)

This is genius! I love eating the crispy edges of brownies... but there is never enough in a regular 9x12 pan!

I like the middle piece. No hard, crispy edges!

mmmm.... chewy, crunchy, yummy, chocolate goodness in every bite. No more fighting over the edge pieces. Perfect for those of us who always hope to get the corner brownie.

* Two delicious, chewy edges on every brownie or bar cookie (individual serving)
* 70% more edge (side) surface area than a conventional 9”x13” pan
* Sized to fit most box mixes with no adjustments necessary
* Perfect for moist and chewy brownies, bar cookies, and breads

i love making brownies & this would make it soo much easier to cut out the pieces and get them out of the pan. I am so sick of making a mess just trying to cut & get the brownie out!

Tired of the traditional round cake? What your cake to stand out at your next celebration? Then this bakers edge pan is exactly what you need. Not only are the decorating possibilities endless but if you are the kind of person that has to have an 'end' piece, with this pan, so one gets stuck with a mushy 'middle' piece.
