I love eating a brownie that is one side edge and the other side soft center. This pan lets you do that because it's designed so that more edge is created. No more fighting over who gets the edge. I'll admit though, I don't own it, YET, and so I am trusting that the pan cooks evenly and creates that perfect crust people dream of. :-)

the sticky, crispy edges are the most coveted pieces in my household, and the baker's edge pan lets every piece have at least two chewspy (chewy and crispy) sides. the baker's edge pan is also great for more "creative" uses like making evenly baked lasagnes.

this may seem strange, but this would be perfect for dying fiber, after it is already spun into yarn. it would probably hold the colors in spots better (as in the corners). just a thought... :)

This is genius! I love eating the crispy edges of brownies... but there is never enough in a regular 9x12 pan!

i love making brownies & this would make it soo much easier to cut out the pieces and get them out of the pan. I am so sick of making a mess just trying to cut & get the brownie out!
