the sticky, crispy edges are the most coveted pieces in my household, and the baker's edge pan lets every piece have at least two chewspy (chewy and crispy) sides. the baker's edge pan is also great for more "creative" uses like making evenly baked lasagnes.

what an ingenious idea. i never knew there existed others like me who prefer the crispy deliciousness of the edges of brownies over the sometimes undercooked, yet still tasty center. not only does this pan help you bake evenly cooked brownies, but apparently its also great for lasagnas, cobblers, cookie bars, etc.

Isn't it funny that you'll make a batch of browines and all the chewy good edges are gone once they come out of the oven? The Edge Brownie Pan is a 9"x13" pan that has 70% more edge surface area than the conventional pan. That means that every single brownie square will have at least two chewy edges.

We truly live in an age of miracles. Everyone knows when you're eating from a tin of brownies you want an edge-piece, as they have more baked-edge surface area; now the Edge Brownie Pan ensures every square that comes out of the tin is an edge-piece. Can also be used for lasagna, macaroni and cheese, and all those other foods whose textural payoff is in the crust.

I've seen this pan posted on several sites, but wanted to mention it here too because I think it is so great! Brownie edges have always been my favorite part, but I did not realize so many other people felt the same way...until a few years ago when I was with a large group of people and everyone went for the edges and didn't even touch the middle! I would not have that problem with the Baker's Edge Brownie Pan...it has two edges to each side...genius! And, they have a lasagna edge pan coming soon...I can't wait!

Everyone wants the edge. That's why I have to maul people with kitchen utensils to get my edge piece...but NO LONGER! Now, everyone can have the edge. There can be peace in the baking world! The best part about this pan is that it bakes evenly, and the edges are crispy and soft at the same time. It even comes with its own little non-scratch spatula. Cool beans!

The best part of a brownie are the edges. With a traditional brownie pan, there are only a limited number of edges which leads to arguments and in more serious cases, death. The brownies baked in the brownie edge pan, every slice has a edge. So no fighting, not deaths and a lot of happy brownies lovers.

Let's be honest - there are few people who reach for the crusty-edged brownies when they have a choice. Sure, you might eat one to be polite, so someone else can have the soft inner brownies, but secretly you envy them. You want the middle brownies, the delicious, soft, perfectly cakey/fudgy ones. With this pan, everyone gets an inside brownie! It's an ingenious design, and it works just as advertised.

Clever and unique approach (genius, really), brownie pan solves the problem of dividing up the heavily sought after crunchy edges, versus the softer middle.Every piece has crunchy sides. You can even use it for bread and lasagna. Mm food. Watch your cook time, I've noticed it cooks slight quicker. It's also a lot easier to cut uniform pieces.

I love eating a brownie that is one side edge and the other side soft center. This pan lets you do that because it's designed so that more edge is created. No more fighting over who gets the edge. I'll admit though, I don't own it, YET, and so I am trusting that the pan cooks evenly and creates that perfect crust people dream of. :-)

this may seem strange, but this would be perfect for dying fiber, after it is already spun into yarn. it would probably hold the colors in spots better (as in the corners). just a thought... :)
