the sticky, crispy edges are the most coveted pieces in my household, and the baker's edge pan lets every piece have at least two chewspy (chewy and crispy) sides. the baker's edge pan is also great for more "creative" uses like making evenly baked lasagnes.

this may seem strange, but this would be perfect for dying fiber, after it is already spun into yarn. it would probably hold the colors in spots better (as in the corners). just a thought... :)

This is genius! I love eating the crispy edges of brownies... but there is never enough in a regular 9x12 pan!

mmmm.... chewy, crunchy, yummy, chocolate goodness in every bite. No more fighting over the edge pieces. Perfect for those of us who always hope to get the corner brownie.
