the sticky, crispy edges are the most coveted pieces in my household, and the baker's edge pan lets every piece have at least two chewspy (chewy and crispy) sides. the baker's edge pan is also great for more "creative" uses like making evenly baked lasagnes.

Because I love brownies and bars with chewy edges (and lasagna, too!), and I love my mom - this is what I'm getting her for Mother's Day... the woman who has every other kitchen baking dish in the book will be utterly impressed when she gets this one! (I'm so happy)

For people who love brownies on the edge of the pan. This pan creates that throughout. Chewy crusted edges on multiple sides so that there is never any fighting about who gets their favorite pieces.

Clever and unique approach (genius, really), brownie pan solves the problem of dividing up the heavily sought after crunchy edges, versus the softer middle.Every piece has crunchy sides. You can even use it for bread and lasagna. Mm food. Watch your cook time, I've noticed it cooks slight quicker. It's also a lot easier to cut uniform pieces.
