I love eating a brownie that is one side edge and the other side soft center. This pan lets you do that because it's designed so that more edge is created. No more fighting over who gets the edge. I'll admit though, I don't own it, YET, and so I am trusting that the pan cooks evenly and creates that perfect crust people dream of. :-)

Clever and unique approach (genius, really), brownie pan solves the problem of dividing up the heavily sought after crunchy edges, versus the softer middle.Every piece has crunchy sides. You can even use it for bread and lasagna. Mm food. Watch your cook time, I've noticed it cooks slight quicker. It's also a lot easier to cut uniform pieces.
