Fantastic for brownies, lasagna, casseroles and for all those, like me, who covet the corner pieces of baked goods b/c they have the most brilliant texture. Now you don't have to fight over the best peice!! :)

Genius! Not only does everyone get a prime piece of brownie but this pan can be used for any dish that often comes out "not done" in the middle.
