I was totally floored... and I was only looking at the install screen. It's safe to say Leopard had me at hello.

Three's recommendation
I'm not a big fan of Leopard prints, I'm really not sure why Leopard prints are still popular, but that's not the only thing kitsch the Apple Mac OS X Version 10.5 Leopard package design, check out the Star Trek meet's 2001 space theme on the box--well come to think of it, this use of style does point to the era in which Apple OS began it's journey from idea, to reality--the 1970's, yes (you've come a long way baby), and for those who have been waiting for this definitive version, you all deserve an award for your loyalty and endurance. Over 25 years in the making the first truly useful Apple OS has arrived, and with it apple's version of 1984. I guess the big questions is (or will be) with apple's new OS, macs, and iphone--is apple good or evil? Will their built-in camera, mic, and time machine tools tie apple's history to the extremely un-hip domestic spy programs, or will apple give birth to a new age of cultural innovation and personal freedom powered by apple's brave new i-technology?
And now for the bug report... (via apple)
