I know what you are thinking- but this is a great workout tool for women (sorry guys) its fun, liberating, and makes for a hot bod. Pretty easy to install (takes less than 10 mins if you know how to find a stud in the ceiling) takes a bit longer if you aren't a tool belt diva.
I have also found this helpful in my quarter-life crisis ... I get to be all crazy and liberated. Go me!

I love this-- I have a pink one mounted in my bedroom, and I am able to do all sorts of tricks on it without feeling unsafe. Great fun and an awesome workout!
