I enjoy watch The Biggest Loser on TV & followed along with Jim & Bill Germanakos in Season 4.
What impressed me the most was that Jim was able to lose so much weight at home (132 pounds) which shows us that anyone can follow their system at home and that you don't need to be on TV to lose the weight.
The complete Rapid Action Metabolism (RAM) Fat Loss System that includes videos, recipes, menus, online meal generator etc., etc., etc., makes it easy for the average person to change their mindset, find motivation and finally lose the weight that they have been trying to but have always failed.
I am very impressed with this complete fat loss system and what I like is that they are giving away a free sample fat burning diet plan (the same one that they used to lose up to 10 pounds a week). Now that's what I call giving back.
