lets be serious here: this is not the most comprehensive or well-organized guide out there. it doesn't even have a good map in it, or even a map that shows all the locations of the places featured in the book. but it is hot. the pictures are amazing, it covers all basic areas of hipster weekend traveling: landmarks, hotels, 24 hours, urban life, architour, shopping, sports, escapes, and provides room for notes or your own addition in the back. by no means is it a complete guide or should it be, but i have bought like 8 of them anyway- they make you WANT to go places! and if there is one thing Wallpaper is an authority on, it is pretty interesting hip spots that will keep your eyes busy. so for 8 dollars, why not see what you are getting yourself into?
