Don't you DARE put those gently boiled baby new potatoes in a food processor to make mashed potatoes! No matter how crunched for time you are in preparing for that dinner party, you absolutely MUST mash potatoes by hand. Thank god for Art&Cook's exquisitely designed masher, which will at least LOOK good when your guests are watching you finishing up your cooking.
