Oooh, this looks yummy. What makes it hard to get through customs? Is it a particular ingredient or is that true of food from Japan to US in general?

Hello. These are yummy... not too sweet... and the texture is incredible. Unfortunately these sweets are packaged in a long package that resembles a stick of TNT. The questions from U.S. customs are interesting to say the least.
