Maybe its just me, but the idea of jumping up and down while trying to drink hot coffee does not strike me as such a good idea. Add a small lamp and this formula for disaster is complete. This is furniture for people who do not have children, have never had children, will never have children. It is for people who have more money than sense.

i don't know... maybe it's for the trampoline diehards who don't have anywhere to store their little trampolines and want to camouflage it as a piece of semi-useful furniture when they are not jumping on it... If not, it sure throws the standard admonishment of "don't jump on the furniture" out the window.

The premise behind this table is, "Why have a middle on a coffee table when the drinks are placed on the edge? Might as well be a trampoline." Couldn't have said it better myself.
