Thermalon sounds like q great alternative to my unhealthy non-stick pans :)

I never thought about all of the toxins in pans! Thanks for recommending this. I am definitely going to make the switch to an eco-pan.

I'm definitely going to buy a set of these- after reading about how harmful regular pans are that you buy on the market, its easy to see why going green isn't hard- you just have to look for it.
Obviously there are alternatives- Crate and Barrel has done a great job here, and I intend to reward them for it :)
